sampleWhen is comes to making big decisions regarding your business important to gather as much information as possible. You may be considering hiring and in-house assistant or you may be thinking of stepping out of your comfort zone and hiring a virtual assistant. Either way you must do your dues diligence and become knowledgeable of your options.

I have put together some of the most common questions I am asked for you to look through. If you have a question that is not listed, please feel free to email us and we will provide you with an answer within 24 hours.

Why should I choose a Virtual Assistant over an in-house position?

This is by far the most common question I am asked. My response to this is that it will always be a personal choice for each individual agent or broker. There are some real pros to going the in-house route. The main one being the security of being face-to-face. With that being said, choosing a trained real estate virtual assistant (REVA) has many more pros than the alternative. REVA's are entrepreneurial by nature. They are trained in many areas and cross-trained to be the most effective to their clients. REVA's provide their own office space, equipment, training, software, insurance and other requirements to perform the best they can.

What can a REVA do that I couldn't do myself?

Well the simple answer to this is.......nothing. If you have years to learn what we already know and have the time it takes to implement that knowledge into results, then you don't need to hire us. Imagine this though...take those years and the time it takes to implement for results and think about having that time to write more contracts and get more listings.....well, there's your answer.

What kind of services can your company provide?

We provide transaction coordination services, listing / marketing services, social media marketing, web graphics, logo design and always adding new services. You can visit our Services Page and get a more detailed answer.

What is Social Media Marketing?

According to Wikipedia, Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a form of internet marketing which seeks to achieve branding and marketing communication goals through the participation in various social media networks such as MySpace, Facebook, Bebo, YouTube, Dailymotion, Hi5, Gather.com, social web applications (webapps) such as reddit, Digg, Stumbleupon, Flickr, iLike, Wikipedia, Squidoo, Last.fm, Twitter, Eventful, ePinions and others as well as within 3D virtual worlds such as Second Life, ActiveWorlds, Moove and There.com. The goals of each SMM program or campaign will differ for every business or organization, however most will involve some form of building an idea or brand awareness, increasing visibility, encouraging brand feedback and dialogue as well as to possibly sell a product or service. SMM may also include online reputation management. Social media includes websites where news, photos, videos, and podcasts are hosted via websites through user submission. Typically, these websites include mechanisms to allow users to vote on content which makes items submitted by users more or less "popular"

What is this going to cost me?

This is always a tricky question to answer until we determine your needs. The first thing I will ask when answering this question is what is YOUR time worth? I ask this because what we do allows you to give yourself more time to concentrate on growing your business. The bottom line is this, you can start small and see the results we produce and go from there.

I am a new Agent, can you help me create systems that will help me get organized?

Yes. We can help you determine your immediate needs and put together some action plans that will help keep you from going crazy. We can develop buyer/seller closing action plans, listing plans, broker checklists and general office checklists.
