Transaction Coordination Services
The transaction coordination process begins once a ratified contract and all required forms are received. Our job is to ensure that the transaction makes it to the closing table. Your job is to go get another listing or contract for purchase. We communicate daily if necessary and will always inform you of all outstanding requirements and your responsibility in making that happen. We do everything within our power to keep your part to a minimum. Our fees become fixed at this stage and stated in written contract. There are many closing platforms to choose from and we will assist you in making an educated choice if you do not already have a system in place. Listing / Marketing Services
Listing / Marketing fees will range based on your individual needs. We
all know that each property's sales price will dictate the amount of
marketing you can afford to do for each. We will provide packages based on
each property's demand.
Each client will have the option of either choosing a package that is
developed for their needs or to work with us on a strict hourly basis. We
will only bill for time used and provide you with a detailed monthly report
of every minute spent on developing your success. Unlike many other REVA's,
we do not round to nearest quarter hour. We feel that our clients deserve
our time based on minutes and we prefer that you only pay for the exact time
used.
